Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Architect who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to take ownership of exciting design projects from concept to completion. This role requires a blend of design creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs from initial concept through to construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to create functional and aesthetic solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in architectural design and project delivery.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
