Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at DesignHill Studio in Haldwani. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management and to ensure the successful completion of diverse projects on the site. We are looking for a candidate who should be comfortable to work from our project site location in the hills of Uttarakhand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively involved in executing project on-site with accuracy, quality and adhere to project timelines.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to manage the project.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and sections using industry-standard software.
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations, codes, and environmental standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in hill architecture, incorporating best practices into your designs.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or similar with 0-3 years of experience. (No civil engineers please)
• Basic knowledge of Project Management
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in relevant architectural softwares

Salary range 20k - 25k INR per month + incentives.
