We are urgently seeking for the below position.
*Position: - Senior Architect Designer (Civil, HVAC, AHU, GDS, and MEP services)*
*Location: - THANE*
*Experience: 58 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in turnkey projects.*
*Salary: - UPTO 10 LPA*
*Education: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)* .
*Job Responsibilities*
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design packages for turnkey projects (Civil, HVAC, AHU, GDS, and MEP services).
Compile and integrate inputs from internal teams, consultants, and vendors into a single coordinated design package.
Develop BOQs, material specifications, and coordination drawings for execution.
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements.
Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and execution teams to resolve design clarifications and modifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, address issues, and ensure alignment with approved drawings.
Participate in joint measurement sheets and documentation with clients.
Support project delivery by ensuring smooth design-to-execution transition.
Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch).
58 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in turnkey projects.
*Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or other architectural design software.*
*Strong understanding of MEP and HVAC systems integration.*
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and compile complete design packages.
