Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect Designer who can conceptualize, design, and execute architectural projects efficiently. The candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare layout plans, 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation drawings
- Work on software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar tools
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per plans
- Collaborate with civil engineers, interior designers, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation
- Manage timelines and deliver projects within deadlines
Required Skills- Strong design and visualization skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar software
- Good knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or relevant field
- 3–8 years of relevant work experience in architectural design
