Job Description

The Project Monitoring & Coordinator will support the end-to-end monitoring, tracking, documentation, and reporting of hospitality projects across pre-development, design, fit-out, refurbishment, and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Deliverables:

1. Project Tracking & Progress Monitoring

  • Maintain and update detailed project schedules and trackers.
  • Track progress against timelines, budgets, drawings, procurement schedules.
  • Highlight delays and risks.
  • Coordinate collection of weekly site photographs and progress reports.

2. Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders

  • Act as coordination point among internal departments and consultants.
  • Liaise for timely submission of drawings, BOQs, samples, approvals.

3. Documentation, Approvals & Governance

  • Maintain organized records of drawings, MOMs, approvals.
  • Track and document all change orders.
  • Support preparation of presentations and reports.

4. Budget & Procurement Support

  • Assist in collating project budgets and cost updates.
  • Track vendor contracts, POs, payments.
  • Maintain Capex tracking sheets.

5. Quality, Compliance & Site Readiness

  • Monitor adherence to brand guidelines and technical standards.
  • Coordinate snagging and compliance documentation.

6. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare dashboards on progress, risks, budgets.
  • Consolidate reports for leadership reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture/Construction), Project Management.

PG in Project Management or PMP/Prince2 is preffered.

Work Experience:

  • 8–14 years of architectural design experience.
  • At least 12 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in Real Estate (Hospitality) / International Hotel Brands.
