Role Description

Location : VIP Road, Zirakpur, Mohali

 We are looking for an Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience who can contribute to design development, technical detailing, and project execution. The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with practical knowledge of construction, has exposure to diverse project types, and is eager to take ownership of the projects.

Qualifications

• Develop design presentations, layouts, and detailed working drawings
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive project progress independently
• Assist in site coordination, vendor communication, and execution processes
• Prepare and coordinate GFC (Good for Construction) and working drawings
• Ensure design intent is maintained through technical accuracy and detailing
• Contribute creative ideas with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) for integrated design solutions
• Support project timelines and ensure deliverables are met efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of materials, construction techniques, and site practices
• Experience in coordination with consultants and contractors
• Interest in sustainable design practices and emerging architectural trends
