Architect Design Development & Technical Documentation

Essenn Architects is looking for a talented Architect who can bridge the gap between design & execution. We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in Architectural & Interior Design Development, Technical Detailing, and Working Drawings who can independently handle projects from concept refinement through construction documentation.

What You'll Do

✔ Develop architectural and interior design concepts into detailed design packages

✔ Prepare comprehensive working drawings and GFC drawings

✔ Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, toilet details, staircase details, and interior detailing packages

✔ Prepare joinery and custom furniture drawings

✔ Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Consultants, Contractors, and Site Teams

✔ Resolve design and execution challenges during construction

✔ Ensure drawings comply with design intent, technical standards, and site requirements

✔ Participate in site coordination and execution reviews

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

✅ 3–6 years of relevant experience

✅ Strong expertise in:

• Architectural Design Development
• Interior Design Development
• Working Drawings
• GFC Drawings
• Construction Detailing
• Interior Detailing
• Consultant Coordination
• Site Execution

✅ Ability to independently manage drawing packages and project coordination

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
