About the Role

Certified Pega SSA with 6 to 11 years expr in Pega Design & Build Minimum 6 years of experience in PRPC technology platform Must have passed Pega CSA, CSSA Desirable - Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA Part 1 or part 2)

Responsibilities

• PEGA Certified with minimum 5+ Years of Pega hands on implementation and configuration
• Strong understanding of PEGA Platform and best practices
• Experience in designing end-to-end (E2E) business process flows (BPMN)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team to brainstorm, plan and develop new features
• Must understand Pega interfaces and have proven integration experience between Pega and other systems.
• Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases; to lead to successful delivery of the project
• Review the designs developed by Clients or other parties as well
• Ensure that systems are built for change, scalable, reusable
• Performance tuning and optimization of PRPC implementations
• Ability to use application preflight tool, PAL, DB Trace, Profiler tool, SMA console, PegaAES
• Understand scope, effort and change management activities in PRPC project executions
• Single point contact for Offshore Development Team
• Liaise with onshore LSA
• Assure the quality of all deliverables
• Co-ordinate with offshore delivery manager /team
• Ensure implementation are done as per Pega Guardrails
• Bring in design/coding best practices
• Exp in 1.Integrations 2.Data Pages 3.Reporting 4.Listeners 5.Agent
