Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Coimbatore The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and creating design proposals for residential projects. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring designs comply with local building codes and regulations. The role involves overseeing project progress, resolving design-related issues on-site, and collaborating with the construction team to ensure that quality, timelines, and budget expectations are met. The Architect will also prepare documentation, review material selections, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards within the firm.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring project execution.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only if applying for roles involving design technology, BIM tools, or custom software workflows.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and structural principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
• Prior experience in residential architecture or home construction projects in India is preferred.
