This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect, located in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing innovative architectural solutions, preparing detailed project plans, and managing project execution from concept to completion. Key tasks include creating architectural designs, ensuring the integration of architectural and technical elements, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project success. Consistent communication with clients and stakeholders to meet their requirements is an essential part of the role.

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong focus on creativity and innovation.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for architecture-related technologies and tools.
• Proven experience in Project Management for overseeing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools; familiarity with sustainable design practices is an asset.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Prior experience in the architecture or construction industry is highly desirable.
