This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect, based in Giridih. The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they align with the company's standards for innovation and excellence. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, managing project timelines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The role also involves client engagement and overseeing construction progress to maintain quality and design integrity.

• Expertise in Architecture Design, Urban Planning, and Sustainable Design
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong Project Management and Leadership skills
• Knowledge of Building Codes, Compliance, and Construction Standards
• Effective Communication and Client Interaction skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional certification and relevant work experience in architecture
• Experience in luxury interiors or large-scale real estate projects is advantageous
