Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans and specifications for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders and clients.
- Oversee project progress and coordinate with contractors and other professionals.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 10-12 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
