Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of overall experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in full stack application development and have exposure to Investment Banking domains. Treasury experience or domain knowledge will be considered a strong advantage. The candidate should demonstrate excellent technical proficiency, problem solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python, AWS, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Kafka, FastAPI, and React, with hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. • Exposure to Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, or Treasury domains is highly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in REST API development, advanced SQL programming, and cloud-native application development.

• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, and Secrets Manager is expected.

• Experience with modern full stack architectures and distributed systems will be an added advantage.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within demanding timelines.

• Automated Corporate Actions processing through SWIFT messaging frameworks to reduce manual operational effort and improve efficiency. • Designed and implemented Investment Operations approval and payment workflows based on configurable authorization thresholds.

• Developed solutions for DTCC trade confirmation connectivity across Corporate Bonds and Asset-Backed Securities.

Enhanced Trade Settlement and post-trade operations through automated SWIFT message exchanges with custodian banks.

• Built systems for generating electronically signed instructions and financial documents to support secure transfer of securities and funds while meeting compliance requirements.
