Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination
Support the Consultant team in planning, organizing, and executing interior design projects.
Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports as per coordination with Project team .
Coordinate with architects, contractors, Vendors and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved.
Oversee material procurement, delivery, and installation schedules.
Ensure all on-site activities align with approved drawings and specifications.
2. Client Communication
Act as the point of contact for clients during the project execution phase.
Assist in presentations, site meetings, and client updates.
Gather client feedback and ensure requirements are communicated effectively to the design and construction teams.
3. Design & Documentation Support
Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and material boards.
Review shop drawings and sample approvals.
Maintain organized project documentation and records.
4. Quality & Compliance
Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality and design implementation.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, design specifications, and timelines.
Address and resolve site-level design and execution issues.

Job requirement:
B. Arch/Diploma from a reputed institute.
Min 3 years of work experience in the luxury residential segment preferably in Architecture/Interior Designing Firm.
Portfolio of design work.
Project management experience.
Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
Good communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office. Experience in SketchUp or similar design software will be an added advantage.
Should be comfortable for South Delhi Location
Should be able to join immediately or within a week.

Location: Greater Kailash, Pamposh Enclave
Timing: 10AM to 7:00PM
Working days: Mon to Sat.
Salary: 65,000.00 - 75,000.00 per month
