Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural concepts, drafting project designs, and managing architectural projects end-to-end. Daily responsibilities include liaising with clients, creating comprehensive drawings, integrating various engineering and design disciplines, and overseeing project execution to ensure adherence to design and environmental principles. Collaboration with other team members and stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient design solutions is integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a keen understanding of design principles and construction methods.
- Experience in Software Development and Integration to utilize tools and technologies for efficient design processes.
- Proficiency in Project Management for effective planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and client engagement skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, climate-responsive architecture, and efficient use of resources is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
- Professional certification or relevant experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
