Role Description The Architect (Commercial Interiors) role at Artystry is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The role involves developing concept and detailed designs for commercial interiors, preparing drawings, presentations, and documentation, and coordinating design intent with internal teams and external consultants. Daily responsibilities include space planning, material and finishes selection, reviewing construction details, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and project budgets. The architect will participate in client meetings, site visits, and design reviews, and support the project from concept through execution. Collaboration with project managers and other designers is central to maintaining design quality, timelines, and smooth delivery.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on commercial interior projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to design tools and workflows (e.g.CAD, SketchUp or visualization software) as applicable to project coordination.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of design and execution activities.
• Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from a recognized institution and prior experience in commercial interior projects are highly beneficial.
