About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Architect with hands-on experience in commercial and residential projects. The candidate will be involved in design development, coordination, and execution support across various stages of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings for commercial and residential projects.

Prepare detailed drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and basic 3D views as required.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design integration.

Assist in statutory drawings and approvals where applicable.

Support site teams by providing design clarifications and resolving execution-related issues.

Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and client requirements.

Participate in design reviews and internal coordination meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture.

35 years of professional experience in commercial and residential projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools is an advantage.

Good understanding of construction drawings and execution practices.

Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Exposure to local building by-laws and approval processes.

Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
