Job Summary : The Architect role requires an experienced professional with 12 to 15 years of expertise in SFDC Configuration Integration Lightning Omnistudio and Development & Customization. The position involves designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities :
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Lightning and Omnistudio to meet specific business needs.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team to ensure best practices are followed.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system functionality.
Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions and ensure successful implementation.
Monitor and resolve any issues related to Salesforce applications to minimize downtime.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all Salesforce implementations.
Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of Salesforce applications.
Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and functionalities to improve business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions are delivered effectively. Qualifications -
Possess extensive experience in SFDC Configuration Integration and Lightning development.
Demonstrate proficiency in Omnistudio and Salesforce Development & Customization.
Have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements.
Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
