Responsibilities :
Design and implement Workday Integration solutions to enhance HR processes and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Workday HCM Payroll configurations to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Provide technical expertise and support for Workday-related projects and initiatives.
Ensure data integrity and security within Workday systems by implementing best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Integrations and Payroll configurations.
Monitor system performance and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday Integration and Payroll processes.
Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to leverage new functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Workday systems.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans for HR technology advancements. Qualifications -
