Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Nagpur in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to design and oversee architectural projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concept and detailed architectural designs, preparing drawings and documentation, and ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders to incorporate client requirements, conducting site visits to monitor construction progress, and resolving design-related issues as they arise. The Architect will also participate in project planning, review integration of architectural elements with structural and MEP systems, and support timely project delivery within defined budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to produce concept, schematic, and detailed drawings.
• Experience in Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other building systems to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and tracking design-related deliverables.
• Familiarity with relevant Software Development or digital tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software, design collaboration platforms) that support architectural workflows.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards, preferably in the Nagpur or regional context.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, prepare clear documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and site teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment.
