Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 6 months to 1 year of experience in architectural design and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating project layouts while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts

 ● Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D views for residential/commercial projects

 ● Ensure designs comply with local building rules and regulations

 ● Coordinate with site engineers, structural consultants, and project teams

 ● Assist in project planning, space utilization, and design optimization

 ● Review and modify designs based on client or management feedback

 ● Prepare submission drawings for approvals (municipal/local authorities)

 ● Support interior layout planning and finishing concepts

 ● Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions

Requirements

● Experience:

 6 months to 1 year in architectural design or real estate projects

● Shift:

 Willingness to work in a fixed day shift (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday)

● Technical Skills:

 – Proficiency in AutoCAD

 – Basic knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3Ds Max (preferred)

 – Understanding of architectural design principles and standards

● Functional Skills:

 – Knowledge of building bylaws and approval processes in India

 – Understanding of space planning and design aesthetics

 – Familiarity with construction coordination and drawings

● Soft Skills:

 – Creative thinking and attention to detail

 – Good communication and presentation skills

 – Ability to handle multiple design tasks and deadlines
