Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing architectural concepts for various residential, commercial, and urban design projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and presentations using software like CAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
- Research materials, building codes, and sustainable practices to inform designs.
- Contribute to project documentation, including specifications and technical details.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0-3 years of professional experience in architecture or related fields.
- Proficiency in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and visualization skills with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
