Architect / CAD Draftsman - Immediate Hiring

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Landscape Draughtsman, located in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include creating detailed architectural and construction drawings, assisting in planning and designing architectural projects, and collaborating with teams to ensure precise and efficient execution of work. You will also contribute to the preparation and updating of drawings in compliance with industry standards.

• Prepare and modify 2D CAD drawings
• Coordinate with architects and design teams
• Draft landscape, urban design, and infrastructure layouts
• Maintain drawing quality and project standards

Qualifications

• Experience in Landscape Architecture drafting.
• Experience in Urban Design
• Understanding of Infrastructure Drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
• Hands-on experience in hardscape and softscape drawing.
• Good understanding of landscape design standards and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and within project timelines.
