Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, integrating software solutions, managing architectural projects, and collaborating with construction and design teams to ensure cohesive project execution. The role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative architectural solutions that align with Buildiyo's mission of providing a seamless construction experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture with equivalent experience 2-3 years related experience. Open to evaluate talented freshers too.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Architectural floor planning and designing carving out unique living spaces
• Experience in residential villa planning, construction and interiors preferred
• Lead team and conduct client meetings
• Plan efficient project management
• Act as point of contact for all technical issues
• Proficiency in creative and critical thinking
• Demonstrated experience in client servicing and client handling
• Ability to work on tight timelines with strong attention to detail
• Strong Leadership skills and ability to manage projects effectively
• Highly organized and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUP, V-ray, Enscape etc.
