Job Title: Architect
Location: Saket, New Delhi (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time, 5 day working
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and ensure adherence to plans.
- Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Support in preparing BOQs, tender documents, and other project-related reports.
- Maintain project files, documentation, and revisions in an organized manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent.
- 02 years of professional experience (internship/project experience acceptable).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building regulations, codes, and sustainable practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing individual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
