Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Architect to design and implement advanced AI solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and automation across our product offerings. This individual will work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to define AI strategies, design scalable AI architectures, and ensure seamless integration of AI models into production systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML, cloud-based AI solutions, and experience in deploying AI at scale. This is a leadership role, requiring the ability to drive AI initiatives and mentor teams globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute Beroe's AI strategy, aligning with business objectives and technological advancements.
- AI Architecture Design: Architect scalable, robust, and high-performing AI/ML solutions that integrate with our existing data and technology stack.
- Model Development & Deployment: Work closely with Data Scientists to design, train, and deploy AI/ML models in production environments.
- AI Infrastructure & Scalability: Ensure efficient data pipelines, MLOps workflows, and scalable cloud AI infrastructure for continuous AI model improvements.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to drive AI-driven innovation across Beroe's platforms.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, security, and compliance with global AI regulations.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Technical Expertise:
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in an AI Architect or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, computer vision, and related AI technologies.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.
- Deep understanding of AI model deployment, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable AI architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge AI deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java with experience in big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, etc.).
Leadership & Business Acumen:
- Experience leading AI initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product-driven organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of the latest AI trends, models, and frameworks.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with exposure to DevOps and DataOps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion Models, Transformers) and their enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge graphs.
- Experience in AI governance, ethical AI, and bias mitigation strategies.
- Previous experience in the procurement, supply chain, or B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
