Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Navi Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring designs comply with local regulations and building codes. The role includes coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align design intent with project execution. Day-to-day tasks involve site visits, reviewing construction progress, resolving design issues, and updating plans as needed. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, support documentation, and contribute to project planning and timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and support budget oversight.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Integration, ensuring architectural solutions work seamlessly with structural, MEP, and other technical systems.
• Candidate should have knowledge about UDCPR
• Candidates should possess basic understanding of Software Development or design-related software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to support digital modeling and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Navi Mumbai or similar urban jurisdictions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
• Prior experience working on residential or commercial projects is beneficial.
