At Amiltus, that's a normal day. Design is the reason people choose our homes, so we keep it in-house, close to leadership and close to the site. Here, the architect doesn't stop at drawings. You'll take the project from the first sketch to the day the keys are handed over.

Who we are

We're one of Bareilly's fastest-growing developers of premium gated villa townships. Our idea is simple: luxury-level design at a value nobody else offers. With villas, apartments and commercial spaces in our growing pipeline, there's a lot to design and build.

What you'll actually do

• Own projects end-to-end: concept, design development, approvals, working drawings, execution and handover
• Use 3D visualisation to develop, test and present design options before they reach site
• Prepare approval drawings as per building byelaws and follow through on authority submissions
• Issue Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings, details and schedules on time, so site never waits on drawings
• Coordinate structural and MEP consultants and resolve clashes on paper, not on site
• Specify materials and finishes, and give procurement the specs and quantities they need
• Work daily with site engineers and contractors to resolve design queries and control changes
• Check work against drawings, sign off finishes and deliver snag-free handovers

You'll fit if you have

• B.Arch with Council of Architecture (COA) registration
• 3–6 years in residential projects, covering both design and site execution
• Hands-on experience with GFC drawings, consultant coordination and site problem-solving
• Byelaw know-how and approval-drawing experience
• A solid grasp of construction methods, materials and finishes
• The ownership mindset of someone who follows a project through to the finish line

Your toolkit

• Must-have: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and at least one rendering engine (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render or Twinmotion)
• Strong plus: Revit/BIM, 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona
• Bonus: MS Project or Excel-based project tracking, AI-assisted design tools
