We are looking for an experienced Architect skilled in design, consultant coordination, site coordination, BOQs, estimates, and take-off sheets.

Roles, Responsibility and Skills -

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Photoshop, SketchUp

* Lead and support Design Development from concept to execution

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams

* Conduct site coordination ensuring design intent is maintained

* Prepare BOQs, estimates, and take-off sheets

* Assist with project documentation, presentations, and client communication
