Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an Architect. The role involves designing, planning, and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, project coordination and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to meet project objectives. The Architect will also be responsible for adhering to the highest standards of sustainability and design innovation, while managing project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design. Ability to create innovative and functional designs while considering sustainability and aesthetics.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently within deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related tools.
