This is a full-time on-site role based in Nagpur for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural designs, collaborating with clients to transform their visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing plans, and managing project timelines and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing architectural plans, integrating design elements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to execute projects efficiently and sustainably.

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration in architecture-related tools
• Proficiency in Project Management, including timeline and budget oversight
• Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
• Excellent communication and visualization skills for client presentations
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and local building regulations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or a related field
• Professional experience in architecture or related fields; licensure is a plus
