Job Description

  • Role Focus Lead the operational stability team for iWPB, managing the Run the Bank functions to ensure continuous business continuity.
  • Core Responsibilities
    • Oversee daily IT operations, including incident management, service requests, and change execution.
    • Drive operational excellence by minimizing downtime and reducing the mean time to resolution (MTTR) for critical issues.
    • Manage and mentor support teams, ensuring high standards of technical support and effective communication.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear reporting on system health, performance metrics, and risk status.
    • Champion process improvements, adopting ITIL best practices to streamline support operations.
