Responsibility:Apply business acumen, technical, and declarative skills to quickly assess, diagnose, and design digital monetization solutions that solve our customer's toughest business challenges.
Lead customer through the discovery process to understand their pain points and define business configuration to deliver client requirements.
Document user-centered requirements relevant to achieving the customer's goals and objectives.
Provide sound consulting guidance related to best practices, adoption, platform development, and leveraging 3rd parties to streamline current and future business processes.
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams.
Construct workflow diagrams and charts.
Guides the customer thorough delineation of personal preferences or other non-essential modifications and core business needs.
Translates business requirements to technical requirements while balancing them between what's technically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable.
Identify customer requests or questions that are not addressed by the SaaS solution and provide appropriate responses; guiding b ack to OOTB capabilities.
Collaborates with the project solution architect to create the Blueprint Document as part of the customer's initial onboarding process.
Manage any changes through the Service or Change request process.
May coordinate and facilitate UAT and end-to-end testing.
Assist in the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria for each functional business requirement.
Provide system validation procedures, maintenance reports, deactivation plans, and other documents, plans and reports.
Is knowledgeable on use cases and continually verify the requirements and reject implementations that do not advance the business goals and objectives.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
This job may require domestic and/or international travel up to 20%.
