Job Description
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3+ years
in a lead or architectural role overseeing end-to-end web applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Full Stack ecosystem, including deep hands-on
experience with Java/Spring Boot (back-end) and modern JavaScript frameworks
such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (front-end).
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures,
including expertise in state management, inter-service communication, and API
Gateway patterns.
- Strong understanding of Database Design (SQL and NoSQL), caching strategies
(Redis/Memcached), and high-availability system configurations.
- Experience defining Architectural Standards for API design (REST/GraphQL), security
protocols (OAuth2/OpenID), and ensuring consistency across the entire technical
stack.
- Excellent system design and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate
trade-offs between different technologies and frameworks.
- Superior communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor engineering teams
and present complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and
clients.
- Demonstrated ability to govern the CI/CD pipeline, oversee cloud deployments
(AWS/Azure), and drive technical excellence in a high-growth, fast-paced
environment.
