Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in full-stack development using Java, Python, Angular 18, and AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution development, drive technical delivery, mentor teams, and ensure architectural alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack development using Java, Python, Angular 18, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Design and develop microservices and REST APIs.
- Oversee cloud-native deployments using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, and RDS.
- Guide the team on coding best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership across sprints.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders for solution planning.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across frontend, backend, and cloud layers.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Python frameworks (Flask/Django/FastAPI).
- Advanced Angular (v18) development skills.
- Hands-on experience building secure, scalable systems on AWS.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile processes.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
