Validate data-migration correctness between DynamoDB and Cosmos DB with automated diffing

Design load and performance tests (Locust, k6, Azure Load Testing) to confirm Azure meets

AWS baseline SLAs

Integrate all quality gates into CI/CD as Claude Code hooks so agents cannot merge without

passing checks

Use Cowork to produce test-coverage dashboards and migration-parity reports for stakeholders
