Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture Design, architect, and implement AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation within the Pega ecosystem.
Technical Leadership Lead technical delivery, ensuring that solutions align with Pega best practices, guardrails, and Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) features.
Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to translate complex processes into scalable digital solutions.
Client Engagement Participate in client interviews and technical evaluations (F2F/Tool-based) to understand requirements and present architectural visions.
Mentorship Guide junior team members and collaborate with Lead System Architects to drive agile and successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture with a strong focus on AI and Pega Platform Skills.
Proven ability to lead Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) sessions to map out stages, steps, and user stories.
Strong understanding of integrating AI models and intelligent automation into enterprise applications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multi-vendor or critical demands.
