  • 10+ years designing web + mobile experiences in Agile environments, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end UX/UI work.
  • Excellent at translating research/insights into wireframes, prototypes, and build-ready designs; strong reasoning behind design choices.
  • Expert in Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototyping; collaborates tightly with product + engineering.
  • Iterative improvement culture: incorporates feedback, usability testing, and (where available) A/B testing / behavioral insights.
  • Ability to create service designs/user process flows when required
