Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Leader to drive enterprise-wide AI transformation across Sony GISC. This role will be responsible for identifying high-impact AI use cases, shaping strategic initiatives, and delivering measurable efficiency gains through the adoption of Generative AI and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep AI expertise and thrives in cross-functional, global environments.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Use Case Discovery & Prioritization
- Lead enterprise-wide discovery of AI/GenAI use cases across business functions
- Partner with functional stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities
- Establish frameworks to prioritize initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and scalability
- Strategic Roadmap Development
- Build and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap targeting 30%+ efficiency gains within 2–3 quarters
- Define clear milestones, success metrics, and governance models
- Align AI initiatives with broader organizational and digital transformation goals 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business and technology to ensure practical, scalable solutions
- Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and solution design discussions 4. Solution Design & Implementation Oversight
- Guide the design and deployment of GenAI-driven solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices in AI governance, ethics, and security
- Oversee pilot programs and scale successful implementations
- Domain Enablement & Adoption
- Enable adoption across key domains including Sales & Marketing, Treasury, and Finance
- Develop change management strategies to drive user adoption and value realization
- Provide thought leadership on AI trends and enterprise applications
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Generative AI
- Proven track record of leading AI transformation initiatives at scale
