What you'll do

• Lead projects from concept to execution
• Develop strong, thoughtful design solutions
• Present ideas to clients and collaborate with consultants
• Guide junior architects and interns
• Ensure design quality and project momentum

What you bring

• Strong design sense and creativity
• Ability to take ownership and lead projects
• Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar tools
• Clear communication and presentation skills
