Overview

Kotcharla Design & Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a Hyderabad-based architecture and infrastructure practice with 50+ years of experience, specializing in healthcare and hospital architecture, sports infrastructure, and residential & commercial projects. We are looking for Architects to join our growing design team and work on diverse, technically challenging projects, with an opportunity to develop expertise in medical and healthcare architecture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D architectural drawings, layouts and working drawings
• Develop 3D models, views and presentations
• Assist in architectural planning and design development
• Prepare drawings and documentation as per project requirements
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and project teams
• Participate in site visits and project coordination when required
• Work on healthcare, hospital and other architectural projects
• Learn and apply specialized principles of healthcare and hospital planning
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good working knowledge of SketchUp and 3D visualization
• Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape or Photoshop is an advantage
• Good design, drafting and visualization skills
• Ability to understand and execute architectural drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career in healthcare architecture
