Architect

Overview

We are particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable working beyond concept design and have practical experience preparing GFC/working drawings, submission drawings, details and coordinated construction documents. Candidates with experience in institutional buildings, hostels, training facilities, residential projects or similar developments will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings
• Development of sanction/submission drawings and construction documentation
• Preparation and coordination of architectural details
• Coordination with structural, MEP and other consultants
• Incorporation of client and site requirements into drawings
• Preparation of area statements and basic code-compliance drawings
• Coordination with site teams and periodic site visits, when required
• Preparation of presentations, concept drawings and design documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be preferred
• Working knowledge of SketchUp and rendering/presentation software
• Good understanding of architectural working drawings and detailing
• Ability to read and coordinate structural and MEP drawings
• Good communication and documentation skills
