Experience: 34 Years

Location: Ottapalam / Palakkad / Kerala

CTC: 4.2 LPA 5.0 LPA

What You Will Lead

Oversee and guide the design team with clarity and responsibility

Coordinate effectively with site engineers, clients, vendors, and consultants

Manage project timelines, drawings, documentation, and execution follow-ups

Take ownership of design development and ensure quality control on all deliverables

Lead client discussions, design presentations, and technical meetings

Support the firm's commitment to efficient operations, transparency, and innovation

Essential Skills & Qualities

To thrive at Archidobe Pvt. Ltd., you must have:

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, and Adobe Suite

Good understanding of working drawings, BOQ, and site coordination

Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques

Ability to prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed design packages

Management & Communication

Leadership mindset with the ability to guide a 46 member team

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience interacting confidently with clients and site teams

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
