Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in East Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, developing project plans, and ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality. Daily tasks include conceptualizing, drafting, overseeing project execution, collaborating with the design team, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards and maintaining project timelines. The Architect will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure high standards of design and material quality.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Expertise in Project Management
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
• Knowledge in Softwares - Revit and SketchUp are most important
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in luxury real estate or large scale developments is necessary
