We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Architect Design Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. You will be at the heart of our design process, turning concepts into stunning visual realities. In this on-site role, you will collaborate closely with our project managers and construction teams to ensure that every design is accurate, functional, and aligns perfectly with our clients needs.

• Design Execution: Create high-quality, detailed architectural drawings and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaboration: Work alongside project managers to integrate design plans into actual construction workflows.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address technical challenges and provide innovative design solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet company standards, client specifications, and local building codes.
• Coordination: Act as a bridge between design concepts and site execution to maintain project alignment.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D drafting and 3D modeling/visualization.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent).
• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a relevant field.
• Project Management: Ability to manage design timelines and ensure project requirements are met with precision.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to design with a problem-solving mindset.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience: Previous experience in the construction or real estate sector is preferred.
