Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Yelahanka. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing architectural projects, creating detailed drawings and plans, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and ensuring projects meet quality and compliance standards. Additional responsibilities include overseeing construction processes, coordinating with various teams for effective project execution, and integrating innovative architectural solutions into designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong eye for detail and innovation.
• Experience with Project Management, including leading cross-functional teams and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration processes as related to architectural tools and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into practical, aesthetic designs.
• Familiarity with construction standards, materials, and regulatory guidelines is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
