Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect and Intern located in Pune. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, overseeing project execution, and integrating creative and technical components. Responsibilities will include project management, ensuring compliance with design standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture fundamentals
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration as it relates to architectural tools
• Proficiency in Project Management with the ability to oversee and deliver complex projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is an advantage
• Experience in sustainable design or green building practices is a plus
