Job Overview:
We are looking for a talentedArchitect cum Interior Designerwho can conceptualize, design, and execute high-end interior projects with a deep understanding of architectural principles. The ideal candidate should be able to blend aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that every space reflects luxury, innovation, and client aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:Design & Concept Development:
- Develop creative and functional architectural and interior design concepts based on client needs and project objectives.
- Createmood boards, sketches, 3D renders, and CAD drawingsfor visualization and presentation.
- Research and incorporateglobal trends, materials, and sustainable practicesin design.
- Ensure that all designs align with U&I Interiorssignature luxury aesthetic.
Project Planning & Execution:
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior layouts, working drawings, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with the in-house execution team, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth implementation.
- Conduct site visits to oversee design execution and ensure adherence to quality and timelines.
- Optimize space planning, lighting, and material selection for an enhanced user experience.
Client Interaction & Coordination:
- Leadclient meetings, presentations, and design approvals, ensuring clear communication of ideas.
- Understand client preferences and lifestyles to deliver customized interior solutions.
- Address and resolve design-related queries throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor & Material Management:
- Source and finalizematerials, furnishings, and decorwhile managing vendor negotiations.
- Stay updated on the latest high-end materials, finishes, and furniture trends.
- Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and artisans for seamless execution.
Key Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor's or Master's inArchitecture / Interior Designfrom a reputed institution.
- Experience:Minimum 1+ yearsin high-end residential or commercial interior design projects.
- Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding ofbuilding codes, materials, and site execution processes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects while ensuringtimely execution and design excellence.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- A keen eye forluxury aesthetics, space optimization, and detailing.
