Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad for an Architect and BIM Modeler specializing in Architecture and MEPF with a minimum of one year of experience. The role involves developing and managing BIM models for architectural and MEPF elements, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines. Responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings and documentation, performing clash detection, and supporting quantity takeoffs and construction sequencing. The Architect and BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with project teams to integrate design intent into BIM workflows, assist with energy analysis and sustainability-focused modeling, and maintain model standards and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes contributing to design reviews, addressing coordination issues, and supporting continuous improvement of BIM processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into detailed BIM models.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to BIM workflows, including proficiency in BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit) and coordination with other software platforms.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as task planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring deliverables and timelines.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of MEPF systems and their integration within architectural models, with attention to clash detection and constructability.
• Relevant qualifications include a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field, and at least one year of experience in BIM modeling for architecture and MEPF.
• Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with construction documentation standards, basic understanding of energy analysis and sustainable design, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Aurangabad, adapt to new tools and methodologies, and maintain high attention to detail in all project deliverables.
