Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing architectural / interior drawings and working drawings
Site coordination and execution support
Preparing 2D drawings, layouts, and detailing
Assisting in design development and material selection
Coordination with consultants, clients, and contractors
Preparing BOQs, measurements, and basic documentation
Working on AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3D / presentation drawings (as per role)
Handling any additional tasks required by the office for smooth functioning and timely completion of projects
Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design or relevant field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (3D & rendering software will be an advantage).
Basic knowledge of working drawings, detailing, and site execution.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities sincerely.
Willingness to take up multiple tasks as required for smooth functioning of projects.
